0voteA: If it was found like this, and we don't know what intention the Sofer had when he wrote it, then it can't be erased, because maybe he wrote it for Hashem's name. But there are two options on how to fix it. (1) to cut out Hashem's name with the parchment, put a new patch of parchment, and write Yihyeh. (2) or peel off Hashem's name and still leave parchment to write on that Yihyeh, but had to be made very professionally that it should not get teared. If we know for sure that he intended to write Yieyeh, but by mistake, he wrote a Vav instant of a Yud than could be erased regularly.
