    A: that one is called "KESHER TZANZ-קשר צאנז" came from the the tzanzer rebe-the divrei chaim zatza"l, of course it's kosher!.

    A: If used (you put them on) already as RASHI is not allowed by halacha to change them to RABEINU-TAM. if not, check at the end of "vehoyu im shamo'a" if there a space of 9 letters till the end (the last shura should be shorter then the upper shura's) then you are probably allowed to change,but best will be if you can ask your local rav.
