Q: Thanks for answering the unit of measure question. I understand that the length is as referenced in the drop down, 24, 30, 36, 42, or 48, but what width is the parchment. Apparently the shiras hayam and haazinu are different widths, but what are the widths of the middle and beginning parchments.

    A: It depends on the length of the klaf. If the klaf length is 48 cm, the width of each column (only the space you will be writing) will be about 13.5 cm. If its 42 cm, it will be 12 cm, 36 cm will be 11.5 cm, and 30 cm - 10 cm.

Q: What unit of measure are the listed sizes in? For example, 24 inches or 24 cm or 24 what?, 30 same?, 36, 42, and 48.

    A: The measurement is in cm, 24 cm means that the klaf from top to bottom is 24 cm, and so further.
