0voteA: Scraps, scribe usually uses to wrap the parsheus before putting it into the batim, or by beginners to practice more, after finish thy are putting it not in the best places This item is klaf, made directly for mezuzas, and has a KUTDUSHA but not advisable to use for mezuzahs because it could have some holes that make it not kosher. It could be used for practice, but cant be thrown into the garbage,
